Following the crackdown on opposition and independent media organisations, the same name has once again taken centre stage. Ibrahim Paşalı, a former columnist for Yeni Şafak who had previously been appointed as a trustee for Flash Haber, EkoTürk, Habertürk, Show TV and Bloomberg HT, continued his career by being appointed as a trustee for the independent media organisation TELE1, and has now been appointed as a trustee for Halk TV. Thus, another media organisation has been added to Paşalı’s ‘career as a trustee’ in recent years.
